Update
Dear valued partners.
We are currently experiencing widespread connectivity issues with our roaming partner, Orange IC. This is impacting mobile service across Europe and in several destinations outside of Europe, including Canada.
Orange top management is involved, and it seems the issue has been found and related to one of the core network elements. The service is being restored gradually to avoid signaling storm.
We are monitoring the service restoration closely on our side and will update ASAP with the new status
We are pleased to inform you that we are seeing a continuous improvement across our systems. The number of silent machines is steadily decreasing, and the situation is getting better and better with each monitoring cycle.
Our teams are actively working to ensure this trend continues, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service and transparency.
